As a Thai native with a passion for Japanese cuisine, I took over this Germantown restaurant to continue a family tradition. Inspired by the recipes I grew up with, I wanted to bring that same warmth and flavor to Zane Ocha, blending the vibrant tastes of Thailand with the artistry of sushi. The name “Zane” reflects the Japanese concept of Zen, symbolizing goodness and virtue, while “Ocha” means delicious, embodying the essence of our dishes and reminding me of my roots.
